How long does it take to see results after we sign up?
We start with a kickoff call to get clear on your goals, what data you have, and what results you want. I’ll handle all the building and setup in my own workspace (or yours if you prefer), then show you a working demo so you can review how everything looks and works. Once you’re happy, we launch the automation, keep a close eye on it for the first cycle, and send you a full performance summary. After that, we do regular check-ins to make sure everything keeps improving and running smoothly.
How do you handle data privacy and security (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)?
Your data stays on encrypted servers in the region closest to you (EU for EU clients, US for US clients). We collect only business-profile information, honour all “right-to-be-forgotten” requests, and will sign a Data-Processing Agreement if you need one. Nothing you share is used to train public AI models.

How much will my team need to be involved?
You stay in control of the key decisions – like who you want to target, the tone of your messaging, and how you want results delivered, but we handle all the setup, tech, and ongoing tweaks for you. Most clients only need to give feedback now and then, so your team can focus on selling instead of babysitting another tool.
What happens if we outgrow a package or need changes mid-month?
You can add contact or transcript packs on the fly, upgrade to the next tier, or request custom work. Minor tweaks (copy changes, new keywords, extra dashboard metric) are covered by the revision allowance in each plan.
How is support handled if something breaks?
Starter plans get next-business-day email replies. Growth plans receive priority email or chat responses in under 4 business hours. Critical issues (sending blocked, dashboard down) are treated as urgent and escalated immediately until resolved.
How long does it take to implement an automation?
Most projects are delivered in days or weeks, not months. You’ll get a clear timeline upfront, and we move fast so you can start seeing results right away.
