Hey, I’m Jakub Mika — I started this whole JakubAi thing. I help sales and marketing teams work smarter by building practical AI automations that actually make a difference.

I studied at university in Poland, where I wrote my thesis on how AI and especially Voice AI will change the way we interact with machines. (If you’re curious, I’m always happy to share that paper.) In 2022, I moved to the UK and spent several years living and working there, before moving back to Kraków with my girlfriend in 2025.

My automation journey started back in 2024, doing a few projects on the side. As I saw the impact these solutions made, I leaned in and began taking on more and more,  turning my passion into a business.

With a background in low-code tools, AI, and process design, I’ve spent the last year building solutions that qualify leads, automate outreach, prep sales teams for meetings, and give businesses real-time insights (without all the headaches). I’m based in Krakow, Poland, but I work with ambitious clients everywhere who want real results, not just more tech jargon.

My approach is simple: keep things clear, productize what works, automate what’s boring, and focus on impact you can measure.
