Refund Policy


Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Jakub Mika – AI and Automation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We pride ourselves on delivering high‑impact automation services for sales and marketing teams. Because our packages are delivered remotely and begin generating value quickly, we strive to keep our policy fair to both parties while staying compliant with consumer‑protection rules and Stripe’s Seller Terms.


1. Definitions

  • “Service” – Any fixed‑price, productized package or custom add‑on sold through our website.
  • “Client” / “you” – The individual or legal entity purchasing a Service.
  • “Project Kickoff” – The earlier of (a) your written approval of a project plan or (b) five (5) business days after the first onboarding call.

2. 14‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For all productized packages, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment and before Project Kickoff. After this period or once kickoff occurs—whichever comes first—our standard refund terms (Section 3) apply.


3. Standard Refund Terms (Post‑Kickoff)

4. Retainer & Subscription Services

Ongoing retainers may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice. Work already performed is non‑refundable; any unearned portion beyond the notice period will be reimbursed pro‑rata.


5. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Third‑party licenses, API credits, or software subscriptions purchased on your behalf.
  • Expedited fees or rush‑delivery surcharges once work has begun.
  • Completed custom development or integrations outside the original scope.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billinge@jakubai.com from the address used at checkout.
  2. Include your package name, purchase date, and reason for the request.
  3. We will confirm receipt within two (2) business days and issue an approval or clarification request.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe within five to ten (5–10) business days; your bank may add further processing time.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We value constructive dialogue. Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Filing an unwarranted chargeback before giving us an opportunity to help may violate this Policy and Stripe’s Seller Terms.


8. Policy Updates

We may amend this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
